Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full Subscriptions

You may cancel your Vet Pearls subscription and receive a full refund, less a non-refundable administrative processing fee of fifteen dollars ($15), within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase, provided no portion of the Vet Pearls platform has been accessed or used.

Use includes, but is not limited to: logging into the platform, accessing or viewing content, opening study materials, attempting questions, quizzes, exams, or any other digital resources.

You may cancel your subscription and receive a seventy-five percent (75%) refund, less the $15 administrative processing fee, within seven (7) days of purchase, provided that no more than one hundred (100) questions have been attempted.

No refunds will be issued after seven (7) days from the date of purchase, regardless of usage.

To request a cancellation within the eligible time periods, please contact the Vet Pearls support team. Failure to comply with Vet Pearls’ Terms and Conditions may result in termination of access without refund.

Extensions & Add-On Purchases

If you cancel an extension or add-on purchase within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase, you will receive a refund of the extension price, less the $15 administrative processing fee, provided the extension has not been substantially used.

Cancellations made after twenty-four (24) hours, or after attempting more than ninety (90) questions, are not eligible for a refund.

Digital Content & Exam Disclaimer

Vet Pearls provides digital educational content intended to support professional veterinary exam preparation. Due to the nature of digital educational products, no guarantees are made regarding exam results, licensure, or individual performance.

By purchasing a Vet Pearls subscription, you acknowledge that access to digital content constitutes delivery of services and agree that refunds are governed strictly by this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Account Use & Sharing

Vet Pearls subscriptions are intended for individual use only. Account sharing, redistribution of content, or unauthorized access may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Policy Updates

Vet Pearls reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will apply prospectively and will not affect purchases made prior to the effective date of the update.
