These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vet Pearls website, platform, and related services operated by Vet Pearls LLC (“Vet Pearls,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a subscription, accessing content, or using any portion of www.vet-pearls.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Vet Pearls platform.

1. Eligibility & Contract Formation

By registering for a Vet Pearls subscription, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. License & Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, Vet Pearls grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Vet Pearls platform and content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use during the active term of your subscription.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Individual accounts are for individual use only. Account sharing, credential sharing, or unauthorized access is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination without refund.

3. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vet Pearls LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or misuse of Vet Pearls content.

4. User Conduct & Obligations

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and not to interfere with the operation of the platform or the experience of other users.

You may not upload, transmit, or distribute any content that:

• Is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Constitutes unauthorized advertising or spam
• Encourages illegal activity or violates these Terms

Vet Pearls reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts for violations.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Vet Pearls Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available on our website. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in cancellation without refund.

6. Question Banks, Resets & Extensions

Vet Pearls does not reset question history or user performance data. If you wish to restart the program with a clean question pool, a new subscription must be purchased.

Subscription extensions, when offered, are time-limited and subject to availability. Extensions are not guaranteed and may be discontinued at any time.

7. Technical Requirements

Use of the Vet Pearls platform requires an active internet connection. The platform is optimized for modern web browsers and mobile devices. Compatibility with older devices or browsers is not guaranteed.

8. Live Events & Webinars

Live webinars or events, if offered, require separate registration and are subject to scheduling, availability, and minimum attendance. Vet Pearls does not guarantee a minimum number of live events during any subscription period.

9. Institutional & Administrative Access

Subscriptions purchased by institutions may allow designated administrators limited, read-only access to user progress and performance data. Administrators cannot access passwords or private account information.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on Vet Pearls, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, questions, explanations, lectures, software, and design elements (“Content”), is owned by or licensed to Vet Pearls LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Vet Pearls content without prior written permission.

11. Service Availability

Vet Pearls strives to maintain continuous access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. No refunds or extensions will be granted for downtime due to personal technical issues.

12. Pricing & Payment

All prices, promotions, and payment terms are subject to change at Vet Pearls’ discretion. Accepted payment methods may change over time.

13. International Use

Vet Pearls makes no representations regarding availability or compliance outside the United States. Users accessing the platform internationally do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vet Pearls provides educational content only. No guarantees are made regarding exam outcomes, licensure, or professional success.

The platform and content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vet Pearls’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription. Vet Pearls shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

16. Electronic Communications

By using the platform, you consent to receive communications electronically. Electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.

17. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without prior written consent. Vet Pearls may assign these Terms at any time.

18. Third-Party Content & Links

Vet Pearls may include third-party content or links. We do not endorse or control third-party materials and are not responsible for their content or practices.

19. Force Majeure

Vet Pearls is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, or technical outages.

20. Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

21. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

22. Modifications

Vet Pearls may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

23. Termination

Vet Pearls may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms. Obligations incurred prior to termination survive termination.

24. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.

25. Privacy Policy

Use of the Vet Pearls platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
